The simple answer is no.
Everyday strong utilizes a variety of movements such as crawling, jumping, carrying, lifting, climbing, etc. This way of training in itself can be a barrier for some.
Everyday Strong is not a bodybuilding or weight loss coaching service. Everyday Strong focuses on improving movement quality, overall strength, and athletism.
Lastly, the client is responsible for sending their video reviews and being present at their scheduled sessions. At the end of the day this is your program and your fitness, take ownership.
Due to my background, I would categorize myself as a movement specialist. I work very diligently in helping people find their movement. Everyone is unique in certain ways and I enjoy helping people uncover these small details.
I’m a licensed physical therapy assistant in the state of Texas and a certified strength coach with the National Council of Strength and Fitness.
I also have a background in acrobatics, breaking (breakdance), stunt-performing, martial arts, aggressive inline skating, and other sports.

It depends on training history. If you are new to training and exercise, you might not require equipment as body weight exercises might be challenging enough.
Many of my clients commence with no equipment and as we progress they decide to invest in gym memberships or equipment for their homes.
The first session will be an initial assessment. The exercise programming will be designed based on the findings from the assessment. Every 2-3 months, a reassessment shall be performed to track progress.
Other ways of tracking progress will be the program itself. You will have access to all your training from the moment you start, so you will be able to see what you did on Week 1 and compare it to Week 12.
It depends on the service! You can see the costs here.
Our first meeting will be a free 30 minute video call. In this video call, we will chat and see if Everyday Strong would be a good fit for your goals.
If all goes well, and you decide to proceed with the program, our second step would be an initial assessment. In this session, you will perform tests, exercises, and movements in order to gauge your current level of fitness. From this initial session and our conversations, your program will be designed.
