About Everyday Strong

Everyday Strong is a fitness and coaching program centered around holistic training.

I look at the client’s work-life and develop a program that will be effective at facilitating the client’s goals.

I believe that through proper education, programming, stress management, movement, and strength coaching anyone can become the best version of themselves.

My Mission

I strive to teach my clients how to integrate fitness into their lifestyle.

Through our time together we will get to know each other and talk about your goals, your life, work, family, and possible barriers that may hinder you from smoothly achieving said goals.

Once we establish all these parameters we will then assess your current fitness level and available equipment. With all these things in mind, I will build you a program designed to help you achieve your goals while empowering you to take ownership of your fitness.

Meet John Pérez


  • Retired Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

    I’m a retired licensed physical therapy assistant. During my career in Texas, I worked in various settings including aquatic therapy, outpatient, and sports rehab.

    My experience in rehab allowed me to work with a variety of conditions, ranging from spinal cord injury to elite athlete rehabilitation.

  • Certified Strength Coach

    I’m a certified strength coach with the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF). I was also certified as a personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine from 2019-2022.

  • +15 Years as an Athlete

    I have been an athlete for more than 15 years. I have competed and worked professionally as a stunt performer, dancer, aggressive inline skater, and acrobat.

  • +10 Years Teaching Movement & Fitness

    I have worked in School For The Performing Arts in Puerto Rico as a breaking (breakdance) professor and acrobatics instructor. I have also performed many workshops and guest teacher roles throughout my career teaching Breaking, acrobatics, strength training, and stunt performing.

Post-Rehab/Chronic Pain

Even after going through proper rehabilitation, there can be weak links that need to be tidied up.

Everyday Strong can bridge the gap between post-rehab and performance.

This also applies to chronic pain. Pain is necessary for survival, but living in pain is NOT!

Athletes/Extreme Sports

Athletes who want to address weaknesses to be better at their sports can benefit from Everyday Strong.

Everyday Strong specialized in extreme sports: breakdancing, stunts, acrobats, & blading!

Aggressive Inline Bladers

Bladers must be strong, resilient, and athletic.
Being strong will help you recover from hard sessions
Being resilient allows you to take falls and bounce back up.
Being athletic will help you try harder tricks.
Being strong, resilient, and athletic will make you Skate Better!

Strength Training Services


Services may be done virtually or at the Everyday Strong location in 77077 - Houston, TX.

At-home services also offered, but are limited to locations within a 10-mile radius of the Everyday Strong location.


Gold

  • 4 Week Cycles
  • 2 Weekly Sessions
  • Access to video & literary resources

  • There will be 2 weekly sessions where the client will receive one-on-one time with the coach in person or remote. These sessions will be approximately 1 hour.

Silver

  • 4 Week Cycles
  • 1 Weekly Session
  • Access to video & literary resources

  • There will be 1 weekly session where the client will receive one-on-one time with the coach in person or remote. These sessions will be approximately 1 hour.

Bronze

  • 4 Week Cycles
  • 1 Monthly Session
  • Access to video & literary resources

  • There will be 1 monthly session where the client will receive one-on-one time with the coach in person or remote. These sessions will be approximately 1 hour.

Single Sessions

  • Only available for specific individuals.
  • Single session provided virtually or at the Everyday Strong location.

At-Home Sessions

  • Only available for specific individuals.
  • Single session provided at the client's location.
